The World Needs More Kevin

This Week in Kevin

Well, it was a dull week with baseball season being over. I know it’s not over but I don’t want to deal with the hassle of going to a playoff game. Did a lot of sitting around the house until Saturday. On Saturday hockey season began for me. I went up to Hershey and saw the Bears lose to the Belleville Senators. It can only get better from here for Hershey and there was some history as this was Belleville’s first AHL win. I stopped at Appalachian Brewing in Harrisburg for dinner, had the fish and chips with a Fortune Cookie Ale. That was good, the fortune cookie was a bit stale. My fortune was that dogs have owners and cats have staff. Oh, how true that is.

Sunday saw a nice walk around the Gettysburg battlefield. I enjoy getting out and if I am going to do long hikes doing it there is as good of a place as any. Followed the Horse Trail around from the Virginia Memorial around the southern end of the battle field and back.

I would put some pictures up but Squeaky the cat knocked over my beer last night and spilled it on my other computer’s keyboard and several keys are not working at all. The pics were downloaded to that computer and I’ve been too lazy to move them yet. The computer is about 5 or 6 years old so it’s time to upgrade anyway.
